Day 22 - How have you changed in the past 2 years?
Well let's talk about what's going on now....
Mentally: I've improved a lot. I'm not as scared of life as I used to be ( yes, I did say LIFE). I try to put "what ifs" questions behind and move forward.
Physically: I missed my old body but I am a lot stronger than before. I am lifting weights like crazy to get toned and lose more weight if possible.
Emotionally - I love/hate when I am ready to. I am very moody but when I feel a certain way, I will show it immediately. There is no holding back.
